Paul comes to this position at Lighthouse Church from 22 years of business and management experience in retail. His prior ministry experience includes 13 years as Junior High Youth Pastor at Lighthouse Church. He and his wife, Christine, have led small groups for 13 years.

Paul and Christine have two daughters, Jessica and Carah. A favorite verse is Ephesians 4:29 : "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."
