Women of Substance Men of Honor

Women of Substance & Men of Honor, Inc. provides resources to address the needs of at-risk youth in foster care and who are wards of the Ventura Youth Correctional Facility.

Through various small group settings, the ministry addresses issues of healthy lifestyle choices, employment interview preparation, parole preparation, and spiritual needs.

Both foster care and prison ministries encompass the same mission. For the foster youth we provide mentoring, locate host homes (county pays monthly), and share the love of Christ. The prison ministry provides mentoring and helps obtain the services needed for success.
