The guest services ministry gives the people of the Conejo Valley the best possible opportunity to build a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating an environment that makes people feel welcomed, loved, and encouraged. The security/first responder team is a two-level team. First, we are delegated to make sure our church building and church family are secure and safe. Secondly, we are involved in ongoing training in basic life support, CPR, and first aid in order to be prepared to respond during an emergency. Our goal is to perform our duties with the least interruptions to church activities while displaying the best security and training our church may need. The café team serves coffee, donuts, hot chocolate, and an assortment of teas at weekend services. The connection card ministry is a perfect opportunity to meet new people and care for them. This team has the pleasure of contacting first and second time guests, making them feel welcome, and helping them connect to the various ministries requested on the card. The Outside Host Team, makes it easy for everyone to find a great parking space at Lighthouse Church! We greet and welcome every guests and help in any way possible. The Inside Host team's goal is to create a wonderful and welcoming experience for everyone who walks into the church building. We accomplish this by greeting everyone with a warm, authentic smile and escorting people to open seats and making sure they are comfortable.
